Good effort. However, there are a few things that you need to check and correct:
(i) Week 26 - the date for Friday is 01.07.11 not 31.06.11
(ii) 04.07.11 - Reflection for 2L: should be 'event' not vent
(iii) 05.07.11 - the day should be Selasa not Selesa and
(iv) the time for 1A lesson (2.00-3.10)overlaps with the time for 2K lesson (2.35-3.45) on Friday for both week 26 & week 27.
